Cranford Rare
A working scholarly archive and private gallery in three enduring categories — nineteenth-century photography, antiquarian leather bindings, and high-grade sporting cards. The house holds pieces, not inventory: every work catalogued for provenance and condition, and offered only when we would be content to keep it ourselves. For the collector who would rather wait a year for the right cabinet card than settle for two of the wrong ones.
Macrafly
A curated archive of historic photography — cabinet cards, tintypes, cartes de visite, real photo postcards — arriving by dispatch rather than shopfront. The oldest property in the studio, kept in a deliberately quiet register: no storefront noise, no algorithmic feed, just photographs, essays, and objects sent to subscribers who leave their address at the door.
WarCurve
A baseball valuation engine that projects career WAR forward on an aging curve fit from the full public record — differentiated by position and era, weighted heavily toward the last three seasons so fading legends are demoted and current performers promoted. Every player page publishes the equation and exposes the four signals: career WAR, peak three-year WAR, cultural pull, milestone proximity. A defensible number for front offices, analysts, and the collector who wants to see the math the market has been quietly running for fifty years.
Validafly
Structural validation infrastructure for pharmaceutical and life-sciences manufacturing. Retires the four-tool binder — Word protocols, Excel results, PDF signatures, email deviations — with a single continuous chain from URS through FRS, SDS, protocol, live IQ/OQ/PQ execution, and 21 CFR Part 11 signature. One hundred and eleven equipment classes are schema-defined against FDA, EU GMP, USP, ISO, EN, and AAMI. The audited data chain is the deliverable; the binder is the byproduct. Currently in closed preview.
Stirpi
A private household ledger for the balance sheet that a retail personal-finance app cannot see. Ties linked bank and brokerage accounts through Plaid, real estate priced against live AVMs, private ventures, and collectibles vaults — Fanatics Collect, Card Ladder comps — into a single statement of estimated net worth, refreshed quietly as prices move. Every account, every vault, one statement. Built for serious households, not budgeting.
Mind of Matt
A forthcoming journal from the founder — field notes from the workbench of a working studio. What shipped, what broke, what a given problem turned out to actually be. First-person, unhurried, chronological, with none of the manufactured energy of a personal brand. A record, kept honestly over time, of the practice behind the other five names on this page.
